For people in California with Medicare Part D and Medi-Cal:
If you are going to your pharmacy to pick up drugs, take the following with you to expedite the process:

1. If you have your Medicare Part D plan card, take it to the pharmacy.

2. If you do not have your plan card, take the plan acknowledgement letter to the pharmacy.

3. Take your Medi-Cal card to the pharmacy.

4. Take a copy of the provider bulletin sent by Medi-Cal (available at www.medi-cal.ca.gov ) to the pharmacy.
