He was afraid his viral load was “so high” that meds wouldn't reduce it, his resistance test results weren't in, and in general he was worried about his situation — an honest reaction for someone starting meds for the first time.

In pursuit of a national AIDS strategy

Project Inform recently participated in the first community-wide meeting to develop a National AIDS Strategy (NAS) for the US. After eight years of neglect of the domestic epidemic by the Bush Administration, AIDS leaders hope that a NAS will serve both as a blueprint for how the next Administration will provide leadership to eradicate the domestic epidemic and as a vehicle for a renewed level of activism in support of a heightened response to HIV in the US.  READ MORE Read more.
